New at Chapman Hill this Winter 

Cardio Skate

The cardio skate is for anyone looking for a great workout that will focus on skating drills that will get your heart racing.  This a must attend program for people looking to get in shape for the winter season.  Click the tab on the right side of the home page for more info.

*Adult Hockey Clinics by Dell Truax*
Dell Truax will be offering adult hockey clinics on Monday nights @ 9:15pm to 10:15pm and also on Wednesday afternoons from Noon to 1pm. The clinics are $10 each session and you can prepay the day of the clinic to reserve a spot.  Only 15 spots available per session. Specific skills will be taught on a monthly rotating schedule.  Week 1 is Skating, Week 2 is Puck Handling, Week 3 is Passing/Shooting, and Week 4 is Small Games.  Dell is also available for private lessons.  Please contact Chapman Hill for reservations and prices @ 375-7395
